Work Terms

1. Project Scope

All work will be carried out strictly according to the agreed project scope, requirements, and deliverables defined in the Guru WorkRoom.

Any additional features, modules, or changes requested after project approval will be treated as “Scope Change” and may require additional time and cost.

2. Communication

All official communication and approvals must be through Guru WorkRoom for record-keeping.

Our standard reply time is 1–8 hours depending on workload and timezone.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made through Guru SafePay before work begins.

Work will start once the Initial Milestone is funded.

Deliverables will be shared step-by-step according to the milestone plan.

Final files, code, or deployments will be delivered after the final milestone is released.

4. Revisions Policy

Each milestone includes 2–3 free revisions to ensure quality.

Revisions are meant for polishing existing features, not adding new features.

Extra revisions or scope changes will be charged separately.

5. Delivery Timeline

Project timelines depend on requirements and will be mutually agreed.

Delays caused by late responses, incomplete requirements, or third-party issues are not counted as ByteExpo delays.

6. Code Ownership & Intellectual Property

After full payment, client receives complete ownership of:

Source code (if included in scope)

Designs, assets, and deliverables

ByteExpo may showcase non-confidential work in its portfolio unless client requests otherwise.

7. Confidentiality

All shared information, documents, and data remain confidential.

ByteExpo does not share client data with third parties.

8. Support & Maintenance

Free support is provided as per agreed terms (commonly 7–30 days depending on project).

Ongoing maintenance, updates, or new features can be contracted separately.

9. Third-Party Services

Any paid APIs, plugins, hosting, themes, SMS gateways, or external tools will be paid by the client.
