Digital Finance Controllership/ Finance Leadership Role

I am writing to express my interest in a Digital Finance Controllership or Finance leadership opportunity. I am a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS) and FMVA-CFI certified finance professional with 14+ years of experience across financial controllership, Record-to-Report, financial reporting, statutory audit, internal controls, SOX and IFC, shared services finance operations, FP&A support, regulatory reporting, corporate & board’s compliances, working capital management, treasury & finance management operations and ERP enabled accounting operations, etc.
My core proposition is controllership first, supported by digital finance capability. I bring hands-on experience in strengthening period-end close, general ledger governance, financial reconciliations, management reporting, audit readiness, SOP documentation, process standardisation, finance systems adoption and stakeholder governance. This combination helps finance functions improve reporting reliability, control discipline and decision support without weakening compliance foundations.
Work Terms
Across my career, I have worked with finance and technology stakeholders on SAP FICO, Oracle Fusion/NetSuite, Hyperion, BlackLine, Power BI, Tally ERP and other finance platforms. My experience includes ERP-driven finance process governance, R2R and P2P redesign, close management, reconciliation controls, dashboard reporting, shared services standardisation, and audit-ready documentation.

• Month-end and year-end close, GL reconciliations, variance analysis and leadership commentary.
• Statutory audit, internal audit, SOX, IFC, RCM, control testing and audit readiness documentation.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation support, SAP FI-CO blueprint redesign and finance operating model improvement.
• Shared services finance operations, global delivery model support, SLA frameworks, RACI documentation and SOP standardisation.
• Automation and reporting improvement initiatives across AP, OTC, RTR, PTP, ATR and payroll processes, based on the metrics stated in my attached CV.
