Quality Control Engineer / Alternate Quality Control Manager
Zafer Construction Co. Poland, 2018-2020
• Conducted quality control work for Naval Support Facilities project in one of the 3 critical U.S. Aegis Ashore Missile Defense system constructions located in Redzikowo.
• Arranged all necessary quality control work according to project specifications, guided 5-member quality team as a quality control manager assistant.
• Reduced installation deficiencies by %30 and co-ordinated meetings with USACE.
• Made Base-Wide Giant Voice communication system full operational with manufacturer's system supervisor within 2 weeks.
• The systems being worked on : HVAC, fire extinguish systems, building automation system, active vehicle barriers, crane and hoist, underground piping and valves, prefabricated underground heating/cooling distribution system, electrical installation works.
Design and Production Engineer, ABM Makine A.S. Izmir, 2015-2016
• Made 3D modelling for more than 70 machine components and more than 15 different assembly drawnigs.
• Worked with machine operators for machining of the components (horizontal 4-axis, 5 axis lathe, CNC sheet metal plasma cutting).
• Supported assembly for 5 different machine types on site.

• Drafted smart screws, modelled more than 300 screws and molds by using Solidworks.
• Supported mass production in 5 stations using SPC.
