I've worked for an architect and construction firm for more than 25 years managing projects from conception to completion and work closely with the Principal. Preparing project from schematic design phase, design development phase and coordinate all disciplines of construction document phase are my strength. Some of the experience I gained while working for school project in California is securing building permit, permit to build with Division of the State Architect (DSA).

For the past 25 years working with architects and general contractors I gain a strong supervisory skills and mentor other staff members, and promote teamwork and growth within the organization. I have a working knowledge on a mid to a large project over a fifty million dollar project scale.

I am proficient in AutoCAD with 20+ years of experience. Regardless of how well I know how to use this particular application, I can also incorporate imagination and complex design issues. I also have a working knowledge in Revit Arch 2015 and I own a perpetual license. I have experience MS Word and Excel.
