Software Engineer | Full Stack Developer | UI/UX Design
I am a Software Engineer with 480 hours of completed instructional courses in several programming languages from General Assembly. I have experience in hospitality, tire/automotive retail and sales/marketing. My skills consist of programming languages, engineering programs, sales and bilingual communications. I pivoted my career into Software Engineering to challenge myself and be part of a company, team or startup that has the need and want to do something great. I want to increase my portfolio and projects by getting small jobs done via this platform and potentially end up in something long term if thats what it leads to. I am great with team work and communication, I will do anything in my efforts to get the job done in a timely manner. My first project made is an interactive Tic Tac Toe game that allows you to play against a friend to determine who is best! It tracks wins and losses and amount of games played. It is a front-end single page application game built from scratch with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and a third party API. My second project is a full stack project where I used Express for the backend. This app is a soccer fans dream where they can connect to his/her favorite teams and follow their progress throughout the season. My third project is with an Express back-end and React front-end we made it possible to get into the niche market of buying carnivorous plants. Created with three other software engineers we learned the importance of teamwork.
Work Terms
I am flexible with my hourly rate or changing it to an agreed amount for a project. As long as we agree on time lines and scheduling everything will go as planned.
