I hold experience as a creative architect, constructor and business developer. I have experience in all the steps of the process of these areas. I manage effectively all the stakeholder involve and resources with excellent procurement and negotiation skills. I have the experience of given to my client good value for money. I delivery quality services in all stages or in any particular stage required from Inception-Feasibility-Outline proposals- Scheme design/ Detail design-Production information- Bills of quantities- Tender action-Project panning-Operation on site- Completing- Feedback- to Facilities management.
Among my most challenging and rewarding achievements are the design and refurbishment of the headquarter office of Grupo Mall at Mexico City. The design and construction of the headquarter office of Uniplus-Movistar at Mexico City and the design and refurbishment of theirs stores in several sates of Mexico. I have done the design and construction of new houses commissioned by clients. I have done several major and minor renovations and repairs of houses, stores and offices for clients´ referrals. In each project I used to manage an army of contractors with different expertise. I have done also lease and real estate management on behalf of my clients.
This placement have enabled me to develop not only specific architectural, real estate and construction industry experience, but also a valuable and transferable skill set in other sector as hospitality.
As a facilities manager, running a hostel by my own, I have a proven track record of providing exemplary levels of service to a broad range of guests, including VIPs individuals whom I attended them personally such as: Eduardo Vazquez Martin (nowadays Secretary of Culture of Mexico City), Pablo J.
