Carlos Waumann is an experienced Insurance Restoration Consultant and Certified Level II Xactimate Estimator with over 13 years of expertise in property damage assessment, reconstruction estimating, and insurance claim support. Throughout his career, he has worked alongside General Contractors, Public Adjusters, Insurance Litigation Attorneys, Engineers, and Property Owners to accurately evaluate losses and develop comprehensive repair and reconstruction scopes.

His experience spans residential and commercial properties affected by fire, water, mold, storm, and catastrophic losses. Carlos specializes in Xactimate estimating, insurance policy analysis, code upgrade evaluations, supplemental claim preparation, and construction cost analysis. His goal is to provide detailed, defensible documentation that helps clients navigate the insurance claims and reconstruction process with confidence.

In addition to estimating services, Carlos provides advanced property documentation through Matterport 3D scanning, 2D floor plans, as-built documentation, and 3D modeling services. His combination of technical construction knowledge, insurance industry experience, and attention to detail allows him to bridge the gap between contractors, consultants, attorneys, and insurance carriers.

Hours of Operation

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST
Saturday: By Appointment Only
Sunday: Closed
Emergency Claim Support: Available for Large Loss and Catastrophic Events by Appointment

Payment Terms

New Clients: Payment due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Commercial Clients: Net 15 or Net 30 terms available upon approval.
Retainer may be required for litigation support, expert consulting, and large-loss assignments.
Estimates, inspections, and consulting services are billed separately unless included under a written service agreement.
