Work Terms
For the projects valued under or equal to 2000 USD;
35% advance on signing of contract
65% on final delivery
For projects above 2500USD;
a) 20% as project advance,
b) 30% on approval of design
c) 25% on milestones completion,
c) 25% (remaining) final payment on project completion and handing over site to clients possesion with QC and full testing
