Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the overall performance of this provider. To her credit, the audio we gave her had many spots where the quality was cutting out, and had lots of noise and static; she did finish the audio, even when she could have given up. However, I found this provider to be unable to follow a step-by-step set of instructions, and her quality left something to be desired. She added words, left words out or changed words unnecessarily. I do wish her the best of success in the future but I feel she needs lots of practice.
