Work Terms
I charge for all time and materials as well as any travel or other per diem expenses and will bill those charges regularly at a pre-determined cycle. I reserve the right to adjust fees accordingly should work outside of the agreed upon project scope be requested. All of my work is best effort taking into consideration your present environment and the feasibility of your requirements. Should work outside my areas of expertise be required I will assist with sourcing the required services, but it is the client's responsibility to establish a separate agreement with those resources.
All of my work is confidential as are the names and nature of all other client relationships. I will not participate in any illegal activity either foreign or domestic, and will immediately terminate any agreement upon discovery.
