Work Terms

Hours of Operation
Available up to 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
Flexible scheduling to accommodate international time zones, with prior agreement.
Urgent engagements outside standard hours may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.

Payment Terms
Projects are scoped and agreed upon in advance, with clear deliverables and timelines.
Payment is expected via Guru’s secure platform, in line with agreed milestones.
For long‑term engagements, retainers or phased billing structures can be arranged.
Work commences once initial milestone or retainer payment is confirmed.

Communication Style
Professional, transparent, and evidence‑based communication.
Written updates provided regularly (Guru messaging, or other agreed/agreeable platform).
Strategic discussions and refinements conducted via video or voice calls when needed.
Iterative feedback welcomed to ensure alignment with client expectations and outcomes.

Collaboration & Deliverables
All outputs are consultancy‑safe, visually cohesive, and tailored to client needs.
Drafts and interim deliverables shared for review before final submission.

Additional Terms
