My career has reached a maturity level, where a specific position is not my focus. It is to find opportunities where my skills are the most relevant. General areas which involves change, crisis management and working in an environment with high uncertainty. In general my goals are to assess situations quickly, make strategic short term adjustments to create stability and use the momentum to improve the situation long term.

It is in the software development area, where I worked as developer or database administrator for Bynx, Logtek, ITQ, Online Resources, 2Cana, IT Dynamics and RewardsCo. This part of my career was rewarding and challenging, which prepared me to become multi-skilled and be resilient in uncertain situations.

Starting at Societe General Bulgaria was a turning point, since it allowed me to move into middle management. My positions since then have been Head of Production Systems, Deputy IT Manager, Project Manager, Operations Manager and lately Product Manager.

This colorful, purpose driven flow of the work I have done, has allowed me to broaden my vision when it comes to fulfilling my role.
