My name is Charlie Benton and I am a qualified and experienced journalist and freelance content writer based in Birmingham, UK.
I was born and raised in the West Midlands and received my NCTJ Diploma in Newspaper Journalism from the City of Wolverhampton College before going on to work for the country's biggest-selling and most prestigious regional daily paper.
Whilst there I honed my craft and learned how to put together copy for every situation, from high-profile breaking news to in-depth and personal human interest features.
Now, I use everything I learned in the fast-paced world of journalism to provide top quality content and copy for every occasion.

Work Terms

I am available Tuesday-Thursday from 8-5 for work and consultations. I can book in work in advance after providing a quote, either via email, phone, Skype or face-to-face meeting. All work is invoiced and paid via BACS or PayPal, depending on your preference.
