Work Terms
Availability: Flexible, project-based (typically 20–40 hours/week depending on active projects). Quick responses within 4–12 hours during business days.
Hours of operation: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM GMT (or your timezone—adjust as needed). Weekend availability for urgent launches or deadlines by arrangement.
Preferred communication: Email (primary for detailed discussions & files), Slack/Discord for real-time collaboration during active projects, Loom for quick video walkthroughs.
Payment terms: 50% deposit upfront (via platform escrow or invoice), remaining 50% on completion & client approval. Fixed quotes provided after scoping—no hourly surprises. Rush delivery add-ons available.
Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of revisions included in quote; additional changes billed at agreed rate.
NDA: Happy to sign standard NDAs for white-label/agency work.
