Financial modelling for real estate & start-ups
I provide Excel financial modelling and investment analysis for real estate development and investment projects, including residential, commercial and conversions with knowledge of the planning system in both the UK and NZ.
I also provide financial modelling, financial statement forecasting and business model analysis for start-ups and new business ventures. I can provide advice on your investment proposals, business plans and operational project plans; and map and improve your business processes.
I hold an MBA from Oxford, a postgraduate certificate in public management, and bachelor degrees in property, business, history and international relations.
My career experience includes financial forecasting and establishing operations for a real estate development JV between the University of Oxford and Legal & General Capital; progressing a pipeline of real estate development projects for a JV for a London borough council; and NZ government residential real estate projects and housing public policy advice to ministers.
