Work Terms
Hours of Operation: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST. I typically respond to messages within a few hours.
Payment Terms: I prefer milestone-based payments for larger projects — 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery. For smaller tasks, full payment before delivery is preferred. I accept payments through Guru SafePay for security on both sides.
Revision Policy: I offer up to 2 free revisions per project to ensure complete satisfaction. Additional revisions can be discussed based on the scope of changes.
Deliverables: All work is delivered in the format requested by the client — Word document, Google Doc, or PDF. I always deliver 100% original, plagiarism-free content.
Communication: I prefer clear project briefs at the start of each assignment. I am happy to discuss requirements in detail before beginning work and will keep you updated throughout the project.
Turnaround: Standard turnaround is 2–3 days for articles up to 1,500 words. Urgent delivery available on request — please message me before placing the order.
