Virtual Assistant
I worked as a Physician in the Philippines. I am now living in New York and studies at daytime. I need a virtual assistant job that pays $20 USD per hour at least. I can do the job when I get home and work for 4 hours plus weekends.
My previous tenure at AIG-BPSI for 2 years as a RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT and at 24/7 Customer Service, Inc. as a RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST, working from end-to-end process (e.g. phone interview, face-to-face interview, job salary discussion, pre-employment exam) makes me a qualified candidate for this position.
I am tech savvy with skills in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Illustrator, Excel). I type fast and I have excellent communication and writing skills. I am well-traveled as well to different countries in Southeast Asia and the Americas.
My basic skills include but not limited to:
• Typing (40wpm)
• Communication (English and Filipino)
• Writing (Research, Medical Abstracts, Medical Records, Emails)
• Microsoft (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Spreadsheet, Illustrator, Photoshop)
My duties and responsibilities as a RECRUITER include:
• Analyzing job requirements
• Job posting (Newspaper, Job fair, Internal hiring)
• Phone screening and Face-to-face interviews
• Job hunting online for potential candidates
• Organizing job offer for potential candidates
My duties and responsibilities as a PHYSICIAN include but not limited to:
• Attending in-patients via assessment of patient's medical, physical, and psychosocial status.
• Make admission notes, progress notes and procedure notes.
• Order laboratory tests, diagnostic examinations and medications.
• Diagnose and create treatment plan as order by the respective attending physician.
• Perform rounds at the hospital.
• Do discharge summaries, abstracts and medical certificates.
• Attend to ICU patients.
• Perform minor procedures.
• Assist in surgery
• Administer vaccines as an outpatient physician
