Hi, I’m Chetan Temkar, an Agricultural Engineer, Geospatial & Remote Sensing Documentation Consultant, and Project Report Specialist. I hold a B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering and an M.Tech in Geoinformatics & Remote Sensing, which form the core foundation of the work I do today.

I started my career with leading multinational companies in the GIS, Remote Sensing, and Geospatial analytics domain, where I gained hands-on experience in spatial data processing, satellite imagery interpretation, and agriculture-focused geospatial applications. This exposure helped me understand how data-driven mapping, monitoring, and reporting can transform agriculture, natural resources, and development sectors.

In 2017, I stepped away from the corporate world to pursue the UPSC Civil Services. While the journey did not end with a rank, it sharpened my research ability, documentation skills, and analytical thinking; strengths that eventually shaped my career.

In 2021, I shifted full-time into professional documentation and reporting, helping organizations translate complex geospatial and agricultural data into clear, accurate, and decision-ready reports. What started as individual freelancing evolved into Temkars, officially established in May 2022.

Work Terms

I offer a flexible schedule and keep my clients up to date on work progress on a daily basis. There are no expectations of advance payment. For the first week, I need payment immediately after submitting each job to develop mutual trust. For the next two weeks, I will need payment twice a week, and after full assurance, an invoice will be sent every Saturday. I offer 20% discount for students or unemployed persons while for universal client, 15% discount for every job after three months of regular payments.
