Chris was GREAT! We had a very detailed first conversation; he made sure to understand the situation and the reason for his assistance. He took the time to LISTEN and answered all the questions we had and when he wasn't sure about something he made sure he researched and had the RIGHT answer before he gave one. Anytime my husband or I had a question and would contact him his response was immediate. He was always courteous and professional. He was direct and honest and that truly put us at ease. I would use his services again and would recommend him to everyone.
