Work Terms

Remote work is preferred, team building and positive chemistry is vital, finding and aligning the group rhythm is key. In the end everything is project management … and usually multiple projects in parallel. Optimizing decisions with insufficient information under time constraints is usually the general order of the day.
I prefer front office, touching customers/clients/investors/even competitors at trade shows. I like demand-pull and that's where the demand is found.
