I lead with discovery. Enterprise-scale project management grounded in rigorous requirements definition, process mapping, and root cause analysis. Delivered on time. No surprises.
I spent 25 years directing enterprise-scale programs that other people avoided — divestitures, data separations, governance transformations, infrastructure builds at $2M-$50M scale. The common thread: complex systems, competing stakeholders, and no margin for error.
What I learned is that most project failures happen in Week 1. Not because the team can't execute — but because nobody took the time to formally understand the problem before designing the solution.
So I lead with discovery. I map the knowledge space and problem space before touching a single deliverable. I define requirements formally, map processes rigorously, and identify root causes before execution begins. By the time we start building, we know exactly what we're building and why.
That's not slow. That's how you hit deadlines.
25 years. 96% on-time delivery rate. $157B divestiture programs. Federal Reserve consolidated supervision frameworks. Enterprise data platforms across financial services, insurance, and healthcare.
I work with mid-market to enterprise organizations that are tired of scope creep, missed deadlines, and open-ended contractor relationships. If you want rigorous and right — and done on time — let's talk.
Work Terms
Projects are structured in two phases:
Phase 1 (Discovery & Assessment Framework)
Phase 2 (Execution & Delivery).
Phase allocations and pricing are detailed in the service listing.
Payment is milestone-based via Guru escrow. Phase 1 payment released upon delivery of Assessment Framework. Phase 2 payment released upon delivery of final findings and deliverables.
Communication: Async preferred via Guru messages. Weekly status update included. Available for scheduled video calls during business hours (Eastern Time).
I do not begin work without a signed agreement and funded escrow. Scope changes require written change order before additional work begins.
