So I lead with discovery. I map the knowledge space and problem space before touching a single deliverable. I define requirements formally, map processes rigorously, and identify root causes before execution begins. By the time we start building, we know exactly what we're building and why.

Work Terms

Projects are structured in two phases:
Phase 1 (Discovery & Assessment Framework)
Phase 2 (Execution & Delivery).

Phase allocations and pricing are detailed in the service listing.

Payment is milestone-based via Guru escrow. Phase 1 payment released upon delivery of Assessment Framework. Phase 2 payment released upon delivery of final findings and deliverables.

Communication: Async preferred via Guru messages. Weekly status update included. Available for scheduled video calls during business hours (Eastern Time).

I do not begin work without a signed agreement and funded escrow. Scope changes require written change order before additional work begins.
