Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
I work Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM (CET), and can adapt my schedule for international clients when needed.
Communication Style:
Clear, transparent, and proactive. I prefer working through written updates (mails, WhatApp, Slack, or Guru messages) combined with short video or voice calls for alignment. I believe in open communication and realistic deadlines — no surprises, no last-minute stress.
Payment Terms:
All payments are handled securely through Guru’s SafePay system.
For hourly projects: billed weekly.
For fixed-price projects: 50% upfront, 50% upon milestone delivery or final approval.
Revisions are always included within reasonable limits — client satisfaction is my priority.
Work Approach:
I treat each collaboration as a partnership. I take time to understand your goals, your tone, and your market before suggesting a strategy.
