Virtual Assistant, Project Manager, Translator, Business Writer

I am a native Spanish-speaker with excellent fluency in the English language. I worked as an Administrative Assistant for over five years in a higher education institution. While everybody spoke Spanish, all of the top management spoke English. This situation gave me an excellent opportunity to practice and polish my translating skills. I was required to translate all types of documents with academic and business content.

Working as an Admin and reporting directly to the top management really put my skills to the test. I transcribed audio and video, created documents, managed schedules, booked trips and did a lot of research.

About a year ago, I began to earn my MBA with a Major in Project Management from University of Phoenix. Also, I began working in a financial institution as a Project Manager. The company saw me as a great asset because of my experience as an Admin and my newly acquired knowledge as Project Manager. I am currently three courses from earning my Degree and actively working towards becoming a full-time freelancer.

I am a mother of two beautiful children and enjoy every single aspect of this crazy, hectic and exciting life!

Work Terms

I can work up to 30 hours a week. My hourly rate is $15.00 per hour and $0.11 per word for translations.
