Administrative and Virtual Assistant
Over ten years of clerical and administrative experience accumulated through profit and non-profit organizations.
On past independent contracts, many of my clients were visually impaired. A few of these clients were patrons of a local non-profit that aided them with resources to assist with their declining vision. While acquiring my clerical and bookkeeping experience I learned to maintain mailing databases, assist with document production and assembly. and aid customers with watch maintenance. My hobby in jewelry assembly aided me in the confidence to handle and clean clients watches with care.
Another non-profit I worked with expanded my skills with calendar management, artist database management, and reference manual maintenance. This development became a huge boon when I briefly substituted as a Nutritional Service Assistant IV for a summer assembling and maintaining breakfast and lunch meal inventory between two campuses and maintaining proper inventory records to HACCP standards.
Some of my experience may not seem to transition consistently. But strangely it has all accumulated quite beautifully. My skills acquired aiding non-profits that worked with clients that had special circumstances along with working in food based industries
I place great value in my diligence to attention to detail, confidentiality of sensitive client and employer information. and time management.
Work Terms
Days and hours of availability: Monday through Friday, hours open to arrangement as needed.
Payment terms: $17/hr
