I have worked extensively within the corporate/business law context as a law clerk at the international firm, Wilson Harvey Browndorf, LLP. Additionally, I have successfully consulted several businesses regarding corporate strategy, management, law, finance. I have a JD/MBA from Western State University, College of Law/Long Beach State University with an emphasis in small business consulting. Lastly, I have several years of litigation experience gained from working as a Law Clerk with the Riverside City Attorney's Office.
