To prepare myself for professional roles in Network Administration and Support, I have completed academic training on a variety of systems, working to develop strong expertise in the design, installation, and administration of enterprise IT networks. My academic accomplishments included performing comprehensive, expert technical management of enterprise systems, supporting all aspects of requirements gathering, systems specification, design, development, and administration of production environments. During my training in Network Administration, I have successfully developed skills in:
o Designing, developing, recommending, and implementing new routing and switching solutions, and using system software utilities to ensure that systems operated according to business technology requirements.
o Conducting computer system analysis, configuration management, and developing improvements to system performance, availability, and reliability.
o Monitoring and tuning hardware and software systems to achieve optimum performance levels in standalone and multi-tiered production environments.
In addition to my education in supporting technology-driven initiatives, I am able to offer operational support and management skills required to develop strong, stable business strategies and infrastructures.
