I’m a freelance bookkeeping and financial professional with a background in accounting and financial auditing. I help small businesses, startups, and fellow freelancers keep their financial records accurate, organized, and ready for tax season or growth.
My work covers day-to-day bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and cleanup of messy or neglected books. I’ve worked across different industries, which has taught me that every business has its own rhythm so I take the time to understand how you operate before I start moving numbers around.
What clients value most about working with me is clarity. You’ll always know where your finances stand, not just receive a spreadsheet with no explanation. Whether you need ongoing monthly support or a one-time cleanup project, I bring the same attention to detail and honesty about what your numbers are telling you.
Outside of the technical work, I care about building long-term working relationships I’d rather do great work for a few steady clients than rush through many.
Work Terms
I typically work Monday–Friday, with responses to messages within 24 hours. All work is scoped and agreed upon before starting , I don’t begin until we’ve confirmed the deliverables and timeline through Guru.
For ongoing bookkeeping, I prefer a monthly retainer based on transaction volume and reporting needs. For one-time cleanups or audits, I provide a fixed quote after reviewing the scope.
Payments are made through Guru’s milestone system for security on both sides. I ask clients to provide necessary access (read-only where possible) to the accounts, statements, or software needed to complete the work.
Revisions on delivered reports or reconciliations are included if requested within 5 business days. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and quoted separately.
