In terms of game development I am the complete package deal.
I write the code (B.S in computer science)
I make the art (3D and 2D)
and I compose the music (I have an in-home studio)
I have been making games for fun since 2009.
In 2014-2015 I worked at a virtual reality research lab at the University of Maine.
In 2015-2016 I got into the virtual reality industry.
These days, I am developing my own game for iOS and Web, while working at bookstore in SoHo (to pay rent!)
I am interested in weening myself off the bookstore in favor of:
1. game development gigs (iOS, Android, Mac, Windows, Web)
2. music composition (for games, movies, documentaries, anything you can think of)
3. website and web application development
Work Terms
Hours of operation
I like to work on and off throughout the day. Going on walks helps my thinking and a lot of my creativity comes in bursts late at night. The more I freelance, the less I plan to work at the bookstore, and thus, the more time I'll have available.
Payment
I can be paid upfront, throughout (like a paycheck), or after completion. This can be negotiated depending on the type of project, and how long I estimated that it will take.
Communication
I prefer face-to-face communication when we can, otherwise by phone or email.
