About

Competent, reliable developer who truly enjoys bringing your visions to life - and who will not disappear when the going gets tough.

I have developed websites for ten plus years now, and have learned that coding skill - while absolutely invaluable - is not the end all to ensuring a successful project, let alone a good working relationship. Instead, the single most important factor is good old communication.

If there are problems, we need to be able to talk about them. If there is confusion about a requirement, a quick phone call will usually resolve the issue exponentially faster than emailing back and forth.

My sincere desire is that you have a website you are proud of. I have thick skin. If you have a problem, simply tell me about it. If you hate something, just say so - it won't hurt my feelings, and we'll make it work the way you want it to work.

If you love your site, you'll work with me again, and will send other people my way. If you don't love it, you won't, and that's revenue I miss out on. It's in my best interests to take care of your best interests!

Work Terms

Most of my true development hours are during the evenings and weekends (central standard time). I vastly prefer fixed price jobs - I estimate my hours based upon your requirements, then give you a fixed price that will not deviate if I run into a snag.

For jobs worth $500 or less, I am happy to accept final payment in full upon completion of the work. For jobs above that price point, I prefer to split the work into mutually agreed upon milestones, with payment for each milestone due upon completion. For jobs worth $1000 or more, I prefer a 25% deposit before beginning work.
