As an executive coach, I help senior leaders develop the skills, attitudes, and behaviors required to lead organizational change. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I help organizations increase profits by managing or coaching their employees through process improvement projects. I recieved a BA from the University of Virginia and I am currently and MBA candidate at the University of Virginia. I'm a former United States Marine. I have over a decade of operations experience as a process engineer and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
