During the final leg of the journey, technical issues with the app began to erupt. Call functionality with a third party became disrupted, SMS features weren't properly functioning, and a website had to be rehosted! So many issues really shook me. Once again Cogniter delivered. York and Robert contacted and worked with the third party to solve the network issues. Code was developed and implemented to save the functionality of SMS features. The entire website was re-hosted on a new server. Again the team went into overdrive and worked day and night to get everything up and running before the deadline.
Constant testing was also issued. This included over 9 builds on TestFlight of the app before we launched. And a hundred e-mails, calls, and SMS to make sure everything was properly aligned. It's moments like these where you find out it you really have a talented team. I did, and I am very thankful to have assigned this project to Cogniter. I highly recommend them, and plan on using their expertise in the future.
