I'm a Paralegal, Consultant, Administrator.
I'm also a Photographer, Videographer, Site Recordist, Designer (Lighting and Sound), Production Manager, Technical Director, Crew Lead, and Senior Technician.
I started working in theatre and music with my own paid clients in 8th grade. I had my own production company at 19 years old. I got into law by necessity, dealing with day-to-day and unusual business matters.
I've worked in production, law, and business. I've been an entrepreneur, and I've often helped others to start businesses and non-profits.
I've lived in Somerville, MA; Braintree, MA; Winchester, VA, and for the past 10 years, Astoria, NY.
My personal interests include Public Policy, Local History, Cultural History, Aesthetics, Spirituality, Psychology, Parapsychology, and Brand Theory.

I work to find and understand law, form and structure entities, plan for the present and future, navigate complex business situations, and help professionals to practice in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

I help to define goals, identify and understand obstacles, and to communicate clearly, ethically, and effectively. My approach is heavily-informed by logical analysis and Philosophy.
I also fill a functional role: I form entities, interface with professional advisors, organize work and people, and design clerical and other operational protocols and processes.
