Team Extendibility
In this model, the customer doesn’t spend valuable time looking for full or part-time software developers; in a very short time, we assign the customer a dedicated team compatible with the skill requirements. The dedicated teams are managed by our team leaders, who are in direct contact with the customer planning for intermediate milestones, so that the project is kept under control.
Developers are fully dedicated and integrated into customers’ projects and their onsite teams. They often work with the customer in Agile or SCRUM method of development; are in constant communication with them (e-mail, IM, Phone Calls etc); and submit daily code blocks and daily reports.
Team Leasing
At Communication Progress, the customer can rely on us for a long-term project, a complete product, contract or account.
In this case the contract includes more than just programming: we can demonstrate our valuable skills in requirements analysis, system architecture, fancy interface design, database optimization, testing and proper documentation.

When the project is well-defined in scope and the customers have strong budget constraints, fixed price is a suitable method for completing the work.
