Leon Nathaniel Rock is a Community Development Guru who offers community development services throughout the United States. He engages in consulting that promotes and supports community development. He often focuses on serving moderate to lower-income residents or struggling neighborhoods. He has been involved in a variety of community development projects in major cities and communities throughout the United States. He is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the areas of economic development, adult education, community organizing and real estate development. As a Community Development Guru he is often engaged in the development of affordable housing, small business technical assistance, workforce development, youth and leadership development, advocacy, sustainable development advocacy, and locally-owned business advocacy. He is also an expert in environmental justice and brownfields redevelopment, community planning, community development, community organizing, lessening neighborhood tensions, facilitating community and stakeholder participation in local programs and activities, and facilitating community access to targeted grants.
