About

One-click report automation. To introduce processing smarts to my clients.

Microsoft Certified Excel Specialist.
I am an experienced analyst who worked in top tier banks and corporates in Australia for over five years.

After writing a macro to reduce a two-day spreadsheet work to a mere click of a button and checking, I realised the great potential of the skill I acquired.

For the last few years I worked on data in Excel and SQL Servers. Creating various automation programs as well as dashboard reporting for my clients both in-house and as a freelancer.

While companies spend 80% of their resources on 80% of the tasks, it does not have to be that way. Instead just realise that 80% of the tasks can be standardised hence only 20% of resources is needed.

Although registered as an individual account, I have valuable assistants who will share my workload. Through cross-checking, we make sure the logic is tight and the data accurate.

Work Terms

Projects are to be communicated thoroughly before the work can commence. For some, I will deliver a sample first to see if that is what my client has in mind.

I prefer to work on tasks where deadline is more than three days instead of a short duration. This allows more flexibility and time for checking and revision.

While I accept minor changes free of charge, please allow more days and resources to deliver if the change takes longer to complete.

Although at times I accept project over weekend, please consider my working days as excluding weekends.

Otherwise I work from 9am to 11pm Sydney time (+10).
