Work Terms

Availability:
Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (CST)
Weekend availability by request or for urgent deadlines.

Communication:
I respond to all messages within 24 business hours. All communication must remain on the Guru platform. I provide regular progress updates to ensure clear and timely communication throughout the project.

Payment Terms:
All projects are billed and paid through Guru. Payment is due upon project completion and client approval.

Turnaround Time:
Timelines vary by project scope. Most short-form content is delivered within 3–5 business days.

Project Completion:
A project is considered complete once all agreed-upon deliverables have been submitted and approved by the client.
