Conrad holds a MCom degree in Leadership and Organisational Change. He has experience in a wide range of transformation and Enterprise-wide integration, leadership development, organisational culture change and Agile Change Management interventions. His areas of specialty include compiling and implementing business transformation and change management (organisational and individual change). Conrad has worked on the design and implementation with various large organisations in the mining, manufacturing, and financial sector in South Africa.
He is also the co-creator of the Rapid Change Agility (RCA) thinking framework that provides a step-by-step guide of what to do when managing rapid business change cycles, considering people change best practices in rapid change sprints. The RCA framework is an adaptive and fluid change approach. It guides leaders to consider the importance of change in ALL business decisions, towards quicker change adoption.
In addition, he has designed an end-to-end People Change Enablement Framework which is a set of processes, models, tools, and practices that are used to manage the people (socio-behavioural) side of a planned change by helping individuals and the organisation (groups) transition from the current state to the future state.
