Enthusiastic person who has a vast experience in Quality Assurance, with 5+ years of activity in the domain, working for different companies and on different posts, like QA Engineer.

I started working at 20 years, taking a summer job as a Quality Assurance Tester for Electronic Arts; without even knowing, the job grew on me and I started to learn new tools and new methodologies and got promoted to Senior QA Tester. Having reached a point where I didn't have anything new to learn I started mentoring new hires and eventually got promoted to the QA Lead position; I spent around 2 years on this position because I always had something new to learn - from how to manage my team and how to assign work to how the development process for a product works, what it envelops, what are the stages and so on. The next step in my career was the QA Engineer position for an american company named Nobel, which was dealing with customer service software; I learned a lot about telecommunications, dialing services and VoIP solutions here and now I'm starting to learn about automation testing and ways of implementing it in every possible testing scenario.

Work Terms

I prefer to work from morning until midnight but not always through the weekends; communication in my opinion is key and if calling is available as a means then I would prefer it over texting or emails.
