I have been in the self development field for years, doing one to one sessions of coaching and counselling and holding workshops on topics such as the Law of Attraction, relationships, holistic life styles etc.
I am experienced, dedicated and use a variety of different tools to help each individual become the best version of themselves and live happier lives.
