Crystal began her career working as a marketing assistant for an award winning homebuilder in the Pacific Northwest. At Costa Pacific Homes, her mentor and business owner, Rudy Kadlub, enabled her to apply the skills and knowledge she learned in college to the real world. Crystal not only gained self-confidence, she flourished in creating professional marketing and advertising collateral. It was here that Crystal realized her ability to conceptualize and create compelling designs was not only a skill, it was truly a unique talent and gift.
For the past 20 years, Crystal has worked for a variety of industries and has delivered large projects, including corporate websites for companies like Willamette Dental and Jeppesen.. She’s currently a contractor for a Fortune 100 company in Hillsboro, OR, serving as a project manager and content manager. Crystal continues to pursue marketing excellence for her clients, and has a passion for helping professionals grow their businesses.
