IT Consultant focused on Business Analysis
Hi, my name is Chris Arnold and I've been an IT professional for over 32 years. I am a very thorough and detailed person that is very good at examining applications and noticing issues and inconsistencies. As a former developer, I spent a big chunk of my time testing my code before handing it off to the user to test. As I became a Systems Analyst and Business Analyst, testing became an even more prevalent part of my job, making sure the application was ready for the user to test and ultimately promote to production. For 2 years of my career I created a QA department for my company and put all of the policies and procedures in place for how testing was going to occur between the developers and the Business Analysts. So I have been a lot of experience doing QA testing using JIRA and feel very confident that I can perform the tasks asked of me to your liking, quickly and accurately.
