Confidentiality

Turnaround
Turnaround time depends on project size and complexity. Small takeoffs can often be completed within 24–48 hours, while larger estimates are scheduled based on scope and bid deadlines. Rush services are available when scheduling permits.

Payment Terms
Fixed-price or hourly projects are welcome. Milestone-based payments are preferred for larger projects, while smaller projects may be completed under a single milestone. Work begins once project scope and milestones have been agreed upon.
