I am a Sales and Telemarketing expert with strong skills and experience. I have been cold calling since 2009 and offered electricity and telecommunication products based in Australia. I worked for Vocus Sales under Dodo Australia and Iprimus Telco, Telstra, and Optus as an outbound and inbound agent and continued my passion for being the best in my field.

I possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Speaking on the phone and closing sales is my passion, but the services I offer aren’t limited to Telemarketing, Appointment Setting, or Cold Calling. I can also do work such as Data Entry, Web Research, Writing, Email Marketing, and Live Chat Support. I am familiar with a number of tools such as Salesforce, Google Docs, Google Forms, Google Sheets, and MS Office. I also have experience using different types of dialers like Skype, Google Voice, Zoiper, Vici, XLite and Cisco.
