Work Terms

Availability
I operate on Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM (GMT+8).
Messages are usually answered within 24–48 hours. Weekends are for limited or emergency support only.

Payment

All projects require 50% upfront to begin and 50% upon completion before handover.
Payments are non-refundable once work starts, as time and resources are immediately allocated to your project.

For ongoing automation systems, billing is monthly in advance, and services may pause if payment is delayed.

📦Scope & Changes
Each project follows a clear agreed scope. Minor revisions are included (2–3 rounds), but anything outside scope is treated as new work to keep systems stable and focused.

Communication
Primary communication is via Messenger or via Mail
Clear, centralized communication is required to avoid delays and confusion across systems.

Delivery Principle
Timelines depend on cooperation, feedback speed, and project complexity. My goal is not just delivery—but a working system that performs reliably.

Agreement
By starting a project or sending payment, you agree to these terms. This ensures clarity, respect for time, and smooth execution on both sides.
