IT professional with strong analytical and problem solving background and a desire to learn.

My career in IT started by accident. Although college had given me a strong analytical background and the ability to research and solve problems, my passion was to become a singer. For 7 years I was the lead singer of an all girl rock band called Atomic Blonde; however, in order to make ends meet through those years I had to hold a full time day job. That job began as a temp at the reception desk for a company called HCA. Today I'm still with that company as an Application Developer in the Financial Reporting department. With hard work and exceptional guidance, I was able to gain experience and knowledge in areas such as process improvement, technical documentation, data analysis, coding languages (especially in T-SQL), SSIS, SSRS, ETL, and database administration. I'm continuously seeking to improve my knowledge base by taking self study courses such as Java, Python, PHP, and HTML/CSS. I also have experience building WordPress websites.

Work Terms
