Providing answers to our clients' problems is the main objective of our office. Composing affidavits, giving some basic legal advice and providing them typing jobs are some of my tasks. I am also responsible is creating notarial books, filing notarial documents, filing of monthly bills and contribution payments, receiving of letters for the lawyer and answering phone calls. As I stayed there for years, our office manager and our lawyer were able to entrust the office under my supervision for a few days whenever they cannot make it to the office.

When I started working for this company I am assigned to receive goods from suppliers, create Purchase Orders, follow up deliveries, generate Receiving Reports and A/P Credit Memo for bad orders and annual physical inventories. After six months, I was promoted as the youngest Senior MIS and assigned to train and supervise new employees. As I reached the position of Assistant Regional Supervisor after a year, I was transferred to Head Office and given the opportunity to handle three supermarket branches with four members per branch. I was responsible in creating costings, new items, implementing price adjustments and communicating with store managers regarding their concerns either with my people or about our products.

Work Terms

- I prefer to work on project basis or one time project, but I can also consider part time employment if the schedule is between 1:00 am to 6:00 am Philippine Time.
- For big projects prompt payment is a MUST and remaining after the project is done. For part time employment, I prefer a weekly payment thru Paypal or Western Union remittance center.
