About

Renewable Energy Engineer | Bankable Solar PV Sizing, Financial Modeling

I am a Renewable Energy Engineer with an MSc in Energy Physics, specializing in bridging the gap between complex technical solar design and bankable financial reality.

For many developers and EPCs, the bottleneck in scaling solar projects isn't just engineering—it's proving the financial viability to investors and navigating the strict compliance requirements of modern industry. I solve both problems.

I provide end-to-end solar PV feasibility studies, from initial 3D shading and resource assessment to rigorous, investor-grade financial modeling. Beyond standard engineering, my unique differentiator is my background in software automation and corporate compliance. Having developed comprehensive web-based software for greenhouse gas (GHG) reporting and compliance calculations for major industrial players, I bring a level of data management and analytical rigor rarely found in standard freelance engineering.

My Core Capabilities:

Utility & C&I Solar Design: Precise energy yield simulations and system optimization using SAM.

Bankable Project Finance: Developing 25-year financial models (LCOE, NPV, IRR, DSCR) with dynamic sensitivity analysis to stress-test CAPEX, OPEX.

Language & Regional Advantage:
I am fluent in English, French, and Arabic. Operating in the CET time zone, I am perfectly positioned to support European, MENA, and global markets in real-time, ensuring seamless communication across diverse stakeholder teams.

Work Terms

To ensure absolute accuracy and timely delivery for every project, my standard work terms are as follows:

Project Kickoff: Work begins upon receipt of a clear scope of work, including site coordinates, available load profiles (if applicable), and specific financial assumptions (tax rates, preferred debt structures).

Milestone Structure: For larger feasibility studies, I prefer a milestone-based approach (e.g., 30% upfront, 40% upon delivery of preliminary layouts/draft models, 30% upon final delivery and revisions).

Revisions: All fixed-price contracts include two rounds of minor revisions to the design or financial inputs to ensure the final report perfectly aligns with your stakeholder requirements.

Communication: I am available for kickoff and review calls via Zoom, Google Meet, and provide regular, proactive updates throughout the project lifecycle.
