Real Estate Virtual Assistant

I help investors, contractors, and property managers turn residential renovation ideas into buildable plans and organized project documentation.

I’m a Civil Engineer currently completing a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering and Architectural Rehabilitation at the University of Granada (Spain). I have experience supporting U.S. residential construction and fix-and-flip projects in CA, working remotely with construction teams, property managers, and transaction coordinators.

My experience includes assisting with residential rehab projects from property acquisition through renovation, preparing AutoCAD drawings for remodels, coordinating with contractors, and supporting project documentation. I have also worked with property management teams and as a transaction coordinator, helping review purchase and sale contracts and supporting administrative processes related to real estate transactions.
