Writer, Editor/Proofreader, Photo Editor
Hello. For five years, I have been a professional writer, editor and proofreader. I gained this experience while working at five publications including literary journals, a newspaper and an arts magazine. I've also provided freelance writing, proofreading and photo editing services since 2014.
My book reviews have appeared in Front Porch and Texas Books in Review, my articles have been published in the Acadiana Gazette and Overture, and examples of my content writing and photo editing can be found at SolCrete.com. I can provide these sorts of services as well as a few others, including but not limited to product descriptions, copywriting and blog writing.
As the assistant editor of Overture, my duties included copy editing and proofreading the content of 11 issues of the magazine. I can provide these services for you, as well. I can check your piece of writing for grammar, punctuation, spelling and other mechanical errors; writing style and POV-consistency issues; clarity and precision; formatting; keyword usage; voice and language; and more.
As a photo editor, I can change color and light balance, straight skewed images, do headswapping, fix red-eye, merge photographs and make other changes to your digital photos.

Work Terms
I work for hourly rates of $15/hour. Business days are from Monday to Friday.
