Daniel helped me set up Microsoft Terminal Services. Rather than coming on site and charging me additional travel time, he walked me through the setup process on the phone in two hours time. Most of that time was getting our router properly configured. Thus he was a very cost effective solution. I was very impressed with his knowledge on the subject as well. He clearly has a good grasp of systems. He helped me with the project on the very day that I contacted him. I would recommend him to anyone.
